Join Delta FC Tryouts Season 26/27

Delta FC is looking for players for season 26/27. We are an English-speaking federated football club based in Madrid, and from 26/27 we compete as a single team in Madrid in the RFFM (Real Federacion de Futbol de Madrid). That focus is deliberate. One squad, one standard, one clear project that everyone in the club can pull towards.

If you are new to the club, here is the short version of who we are. Delta FC, legally CDE Delta Juventud F.C., was founded in 2024 after a university announced that its federated club would not continue. A student and his father decided the answer was not to let it disappear, so they built a new identity from the ground up. That origin still shapes how the club runs today: practical, ambitious, and built by the people who show up.

Who We Are Looking For

We want players who take the game seriously and who want to be part of something that is still being built. Commitment is straightforward and stated up front: 2 to 3 training sessions per week, with matches on Sundays. If that fits your schedule, the rest is about attitude on the pitch and reliability off it.

English is the club language. Training, team communication, and match preparation all happen in English, which means every player hears the same instruction, the same tactical detail, and the same feedback. Off the pitch, players speak whatever language they like. Madrid is an international city and our dressing room reflects that, but when the session starts, we all work in one language. For players arriving in Madrid from abroad, for students, and for anyone who wants to play competitive federated football without a language barrier getting in the way, that setup is the whole point.

Where You Will Train and Play

We train at Campo Rupe Sahagun, near Plaza Castilla, which is easy to reach from across the city. Home matches are played at El Pardo, at Campo de Futbol Mingorrubio. Knowing where you will be week to week matters when you are deciding whether to commit a season to a club, so we put it plainly rather than leaving you to ask.

Segovia is part of our story, not our present. The debut 24/25 squad competed under the FCyLF and earned promotion to Segovia's 1st Federated Division. That season proved the club could be built properly and could compete. From 26/27, the project is in Madrid, in the RFFM, with a single team carrying the badge.

How to Take Part

Read it, register, and come prepared to play. We are assessing footballers, but we are also looking at whether you will be a good teammate, whether you communicate, and whether you can be counted on for training and Sunday fixtures across a season.

Come ready to work. Bring boots suitable for the surface, water, and a willingness to be coached in English. You do not need to know anyone at the club already. Plenty of our players arrived on their own and found a squad, a weekly routine, and a reason to be somewhere every Sunday. That community side of Delta FC is not an accident. It is the reason the club exists at all.

A new season in a new competition is the best moment to join a club. Season 26/27 is that moment for Delta FC, and the squad is being shaped now.
