What Delta FC keeps about the people in the club, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for your data

CDE Delta Juventud F.C. ("Delta FC"), Madrid, Spain.

For anything about your data write to admin@deltafootballclub.com.

    What we collect and why

Members. Name, mobile, email, date of birth, nationality, your link with IE (student, alumni or none), who introduced you to the club, and the date you joined. We use them to run your membership: issue your card, check you in at matches, and tell you about matches and the club. We ask your date of birth so we can wish you a happy birthday and confirm you are 14 or older. We ask your nationality because Delta is a club of people from many countries and we want to know, and to be able to say, how many. We ask who brought you because that is how the club grows and we want to thank the people who do it.

Attendance. Each time you show your card at a match or at a partner venue we record that you were there and whether you used a partner benefit. We use this to recognise regulars, to notice when someone stops coming, and, from the 2027/28 season, to decide what members earn for turning up.

Players and staff hold the same card with the same data, plus what the club already keeps to register you with the federation.

Tryouts and job applications have their own consent on their forms; the same rights and contact apply.

    What we tell sponsors

Totals only: how many members, how many came, which nationalities are represented. Never your name, contact details or individual attendance. When you show your card at a partner venue, the partner sees the card you show; we do not send them anything about you.

    Legal basis

Running your membership (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and the club's legitimate interest in knowing its community and recognising its members (art. 6.1.f). Offers from partners and club news by email or WhatsApp: your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from the link in each message or by writing to us.

    Who processes it for us

Our database and file storage (Supabase), our hosting (Vercel) and our email service (Resend) act on our instructions under data processing agreements. If you add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the card lives on your device under Apple's or Google's terms; that is your choice and we can withdraw the card at any time.

    How long we keep it

While you are a member. If you ask us to delete your data we do it at once, keeping only anonymous attendance totals.

    Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to admin@deltafootballclub.com. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es.

    Age

You must be 14 or older to become a member. We do not knowingly keep data of anyone younger; tell us and we delete it.

    Changes

We update this page when something changes and note the date above.
